Why Brown Rice is better to the body?
  Brown rice is considered a whole grain with the bran still intact, it has more fibre than white rice and also contains nutrients such as Magnesium, Manganese, Zinc, Iron, Thiamine, Niacin, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin K. Brown rice also provides all necessary carbohydrates, rich in fibre, maintains blood sugar level, helps control cholesterol, prevents stomach and intestinal ulcers as well as diarrhoea.
